Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination. All parcels will be mailed using Canada Post.
Orders will be shipped approximately 1-3 business days after your order has been received. Once the item is shipped you will be notified and receive a tracking number and estimated date of delivery via email.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will be advised via email of any additional charges before their order/credit card is processed.
Online Refunds and Exchange:
We have a 14 day return policy. We will gladly take back or exchange your purchase if you change your mind or the item doesn’t fit quite right. Please follow these simple steps for an easy return:
- Item must be in new condition, unused, in original packaging, with no adjustments or modifications made.
- Please enclose original receipt in package and either wrap the box in brown paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If any items are sent back and have not been prepaid orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

- Online returns can also be made in person
- Once the item has been received and inspected the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the credit card used for original purchase.
- To exchange an item for another size, the quickest and easiest method is to place a new order (for the correct size) and return the undesired item for a refund following the above steps.
Items that may not be returned or exchanged and are thus considered final sale: socks, sale items, custom products.
